Mr. B. Singh is the Chairman and Managing Director of NEXT IAS and MADE EASY Group — a distinguished alumnus of IIT BHU and a renowned educationist whose journey from engineering to public service to education has shaped two of India's leading institutions. He graduated in 1998 with a degree in Civil Engineering from IIT BHU. After working briefly with BYNL, he resigned to prepare for the UPSC examinations, and his performance in the UPSC Engineering Services Examination was remarkable — achieving AIR-72 in ESE 2001, AIR-12 in ESE 2002, and AIR-11 in ESE 2003 across three consecutive years. He went on to join the Central Engineering Services (CPWD) as an Assistant Executive Engineer, and after a year in this prestigious government position, he recognized that his true passion lay in teaching, and left the role to pursue education.
Founding MADE EASY
Mr. Singh established MADE EASY as a coaching institute for ESE and GATE preparation. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded to maintain a pan-India presence and is recognized for consistently producing top rankers.

Establishing NEXT IAS
In 2017, Mr. Singh founded NEXT IAS to expand his mission towards UPSC Civil Services Examination preparation. The institute operates on strong pillars of commitment, excellence, and innovation.
His approach reflects a “nothing less than the best” philosophy, emphasizing experienced faculty and comprehensive study resources for every aspirant.
Teaching Involvement & Values
Despite extensive administrative responsibilities, Mr. Singh continues classroom teaching and student interaction. He is widely recognized for simplifying complex concepts and providing career counseling that has assisted many aspirants over the years.
Driven by ethical values and a commitment to excellence, he remains dedicated to creating “Centers of Excellence” in education.
